The Marquee
Our elegant, permanent Marquee offers a unique setting for unforgettable events all year round. Fully equipped with heating when required, it provides a versatile and comfortable space whatever the season.
With a surface area of 288 m² (3,100 sq ft), the Marquee can host up to 300 guests for banquets, gala dinners, weddings, and conferences. Its open-plan design and neutral décor create a stunning blank canvas that can be styled to suit any theme or occasion.

The Racecourse Suite
The Racecourse Suite is a versatile, fully equipped space ideal for meetings, conferences, and special events. With the flexibility to be divided into three smaller rooms, The Aintree, Haydock & Chester it’s perfect for breakout sessions, parallel workshops, or more intimate gatherings.
Covering 256 m² (2,756 sq ft), the suite can accommodate up to 300 guests in a range of layouts, making it suitable for everything from training days and product launches to gala dinners and private functions.
While the suite does not feature natural daylight, its adaptable design and modern facilities ensure a comfortable and professional environment for every event.

Ascot & Cheltenham – Our two modern boardrooms feature inbuilt 52-inch TVs and comfortable executive chairs, perfect for focused discussions or smaller team meetings. Each room seats up to 12 delegates and covers 23 m² (248 sq ft).

The Jockey Club
The Jockey Club Boardroom provides a professional and private setting, perfect for executive meetings and interviews.
Designed with focus and productivity in mind, it features a dedicated boardroom table and comfortable seating for up to 12 guests.
